This board is the place to post your general bt email queries. I have spent hours over the past few days trying to get into my email. Since you started noticing these issues, have you tried giving this a go from a different device / browser?
Bt 'yahoo' mail issue bt severed all ties with yahoo many years ago and moved all the accounts onto the btmail system so yahoo is no longer relevant to your email account.
Email new login ever since the login change, my email page no longer keeps me signed in as it used to. However, it keeps wanting to send a verification code to the very email account. Internet connection is fine, other messaging apps. Login email page has changed hey there @cfr.
Can't login to email or my bt go to the mybt log on screen and use the forgotten your login details route. This is since new bt update. I'm facing the same issue. Cannot access email login page from android, progress bar goes about a quarter across then nothing, not even reached user / password.
