Internet connection is fine, other messaging apps. This is since new bt update. Ever since the login change, my email page no longer keeps me signed in as it used to.

Bt 'yahoo' mail issue bt severed all ties with yahoo many years ago and moved all the accounts onto the btmail system so yahoo is no longer relevant to your email account. Cannot access email login page from android, progress bar goes about a quarter across then nothing, not even reached user / password. Since you started noticing these issues, have you tried giving this a go from a different device / browser? Although i tick the box keep me signed in i get logged out if i am inactive for a fairly short time.
This board is the place to post your general bt email queries. However, it keeps wanting to send a verification code to the very email account. Have tried to log into my yahoo account (it has the format xyz@btinternet.com). I'm facing the same issue.
