My hp omen max 16 gaming laptop seems to always have the fans spinning at around 1900 rpm, even when it's in low power mode or when i disable the nvidia gpu. (it doesnt matter if they on manual btw) while im. The fans are very noisy and they are very annoying in the library and elsewhere; My fans have a mind of their own as to when they are on.
Omen gaming hub balanced mode enabled and fans are on auto settings. It just says 0 rpm in omen gaming hub when this happens. I've seen other posts from people with similar issues but. The fans on my oem hp rtx 3060 ti are noisy.
While on they operate they work just fine, automatically adjusting to the temperature appropriately, but they will sometimes just shut off.
